I'll be changing is the "SQUAT KNEES-IN" cue. I feel it's only responsible, to be much clearer in terms of how I explain the process of the ascending from the squat.

I'll also be removing the video of the Chuanfu squats once the squatting instruction video is complete.

Originally, I never quite thought anybody actually cared so much about the squats. I mean, we do it daily without even thinking about it.

Now that a few coaches and physios have picked up on the whole squatting topic, I feel it's important to clarify the PURPOSE of this cue.

It's got a LOT to do with the adductors and vmo and glutes.
